Photography and Videography. There is an expectation of privacy at the Premises. Photography and videography at the Premises is strictly prohibited. Violation of any rule in this Privacy and Social Media Policy section is grounds for immediate expulsion of the Member, in the Club’s discretion. 2. Social Media. No Member shall ever post on social media (Instagram, X, Facebook, Snapchat, personal blogs, etc.) about any persons or any activity at 1960 Club. Doing so is a violation of these Rules and Regulations, and subjects the person to disciplinary action, including suspension and/or expulsion from 1960 Club. Members and their Member Users should exercise great respect and care if approaching another Member or guest of a member that is not personally known to the Member or Member User, as respecting privacy is an important policy of 1960 Club. 3. Management Personnel Discretion. When in doubt about the privacy and social media policy at the Premises, please consult with Management Personnel. Management Personnel shall have sole discretion to determine what is deemed appropriate and what is not in regard to privacy and social media matters. Noncompliance with 1960 Club privacy and social media policy will result in disciplinary action, including expulsion from 1960 Club.

Age Limit. Unless permitted by the Club, children under 18 years of age are not allowed at the Premises. Exceptions may be made for certain events, such as training camp, as determined in the Club’s discretion, in which case any children must be accompanied and supervised by a Member. 2. Limited Access. Children and other persons under the lawful drinking age are not permitted in any bar/lounge unless accompanied and supervised by a Member. 3. Children’s Conduct. Members are responsible for the conduct and safety of their children when enjoying the Club or the Amenities.

It is expected that Member Users will dress in a fashion befitting the surroundings and atmosphere provided in the setting of 1960 Club. The Club may publish dress requirements from time to time. Members will be responsible for seeing that their respective Member Users dress in accordance with the Club’s dress requirements. No flip flops, bathing suits, tank tops, excessively torn jeans, or clothing with offensive messages or lettering will be permitted in the 1960 Club. No athletic apparel other than Chargers team apparel will be permitted. Exceptions will be made for current Chargers players and coaches, in the Club’s discretion. Dining Attire - With respect to proper dining attire, generally, the standard is casual. Presentable blue jeans and denim are acceptable.

Guest privileges are extended under the rules and policies established by the Club from time to time. Although it is the intention of the Club to accommodate guests without inconvenience to the Members, the Club reserves the right to limit the number of guests that accompany a Member on any given day or over the course of a Membership Year or a portion thereof, limit the number of times a particular person can visit the Club Facilities over the course of a Membership Year as a guest, as well as limit the times of day guests are permitted to use the Club Facilities, or portions thereof, or to enjoy the Amenities. The Club has the right to establish from time to time, the rate of the daily guest fees and charges, if applicable. All guests must be accompanied by a Member. Unaccompanied guests are not permitted unless otherwise determined by the Club. Except in the case of an unaccompanied guest, where permitted, a guest must be accompanied by a Member at all times while on the Premises. 1. Individual Guest Limit. A Member can sponsor up to three guests at a given time. More than three guests intending to visit 1960 Club requires prior approval of Management Personnel. 2. Registration. A particular individual using the Club Facilities or enjoying the Amenities as a guest must be registered by the sponsoring Member with the appropriate personnel of 1960 Club. The Club reserves the right to require identification by each guest. 3. Guest Use Privileges. Guests are entitled to use the Club Facilities only in accordance with the privileges of the membership of the sponsoring Member upon payment of applicable fees and charges. 4. Guest Fees and Charges. Guests may be charged guest fees for use of the Club Facilities, or for enjoyment of the Amenities, as determined from time to time by the Club. Any guest fees or charges for any goods or services which are not paid at the point of sale by credit or debit card (and collected), will be charged against the sponsoring Member’s club account. 5. Limitation of Guest Privileges. Guest privileges may be limited by the Club from time to time in its discretion. Notice of such limitation will be given by the Club. 6. Member Responsibility. The sponsoring Member shall be responsible for all fees and charges incurred by a guest. The sponsoring Member is also responsible for the conduct of a guest while at the Premises. If the manner, conduct or appearance of any guest is deemed to be unsatisfactory, the sponsoring Member shall, at the request of Management Personnel, cause such guest to leave the Premises.

No pets (with the exception of recognized service animals, on a leash no longer than six feet in length at full extension, assisting persons with disabilities) are permitted within any enclosed Club Facilities and any related patio areas, except as may be permitted by the Club upon written approval. Members shall be responsible for all damage caused by a pet brought to the Premises by the Member or the Member’s Member Users. Members and their Member Users shall clean up after their pets anywhere on the Premises
